My first appointment was yesterday and was amazing. Ann sat with me and really listened to what was going on. She was able to formulate a plan and we put it into action right then and there. The :30 minutes or so that I spent on the table was probably the most relaxed I have been in years. The rest of the day was filled with a new pep in my step.
